Come to this Express Weight Loss Class. It’s fun, educational and very affordable.
This class begins at 9 AM and ends promptly at 12 noon. Get up, brush your teeth and comb your hair, throw on your sweats, grab a coffee and show up. We spend a lot of time in hypnosis (going back to “sleep”). Bring a mat/pillow if you would like to stretch out on the floor.
