It’s pretty well known by science that viruses LOVE sugar.
How about we starve out Coronavirus?
This is NOT a cure for Covid 19. At this time, there is no cure. Dumping sugar from your diet is meant to minimize symptoms.
If you don’t have Covid 19, caused by the Coronavirus, getting rid of sugar may make you an unhospitable host for it, so it may not stay long should you contract it.
If you have caught the virus, the lack of sugar may help your symptoms lighter and shorter.
AND, as an extra added benefit, you will most assuredly lose weight and feel much better without sugar in your diet.
We’re not going to worry about what I call “little sugar”: like in ketchup. Our focus is the “big sugar”: Cookies, ice cream, donuts. You know what they are!
All in all, dumping sugar is a win-win-win!
