5-Week Weight Loss Program
The first 5 minutes of each recording is a gentle, soothing journey into relaxation – a new entry point into hypnosis each week. For the next 10-15 minutes, the power of your subconscious mind is enlisted to establish and reinforce healthy attitudes and practices that support easy weight loss. Listen to each recording once or twice every day for a week, in the following order. Use the Extinguishing recording whenever you wish to reduce cravings for a particular problem food.
Create a safe and peaceful place to do your inner work.
Begin to create your ideal body and then imprint the experience of being comfortable in your ideal body.
#2. Week One
Reinforce healthy eating habits.
Learn to control your hunger and other body functions.
#3. Week Two
Establish exercise as something you love.
Adjust your metabolic rate, hormones and blood sugar levels, using the power of your subconscious mind.
#4. Week Three
Go to the root of the many emotional states you may have paired with eating over the years.
Learn to separate emotional needs from hunger.
#5. Week Four
Change your response to stress.
Own your ideal body on the inside so that it quickly and easily shows up on the outside.
Play this track when you want to eliminate a fattening, sugary, toxic food from your environment. The elimination may last anywhere from 2 weeks to forever. If you feel anxious about “never having it again,” just assume that it will only be gone for a few weeks. You may reintroduce it back into your life if you want . . .probably won’t be as good as you remember it being, though. And that’s a good thing.
