In the later part of the last century (doesn’t that sound weird?), I wrote a book, Random Acts to Lighten Up:  Easy Tools to Redesign Your Body from the Inside Out.  It’s a book full of what I called “sight bites.”  Short lessons, tips and tools to make your life healthier and your body smaller.  I self-published, bought 2,000 and sold out faster than I could believe!

When that was finished, I moved on to other ventures.  I think many entrepreneurs have what I call “adult onset ADD”—short attention spans!

Last year while I was recuperating from surgery, I read my book.  It’s not bad!  A little outdated, but I could fix that.  So I did.  I edited my book, published it and again, quickly sold out.

This book is a compilation of inspirational quotes, recipes, how to deal with feelings and relationships without eating and so much more.  Here is a sample of what’s in the book:
